Flag indicating if new segments are added or removed from the segment list.

 propertySegMapRemoves: Boolean;

Description

The SegMapRemoves indicates if new segments are added (default) or removed from the segment list for the digit. This flag is manipulated by the mapping string when it detects a + or - symbol within the control item markers ([ and ]).
