Summary

Specifies accelerator character for first item in list.

 propertyStartAccel: Cardinal;

Description

Use StartAccel to specify an accelerator character for the first item in the list. Subsequent items are assigned an accelerator based on this value. Note that StartAccel must be a number (0, 1, 2, etc) although it is used as a character.
