Determines if the editor shows AM/PM.

Description

ShowAMPM determines if the editor will show AM/PM or use the 24-hour notation. Set ShowAMPM to True to allow the editor to display a 12-hour clock and append the AM or PM suffix. Set ShowAMPM to False to allow the editor to display a 24-hour clock.
