Summary

Returns a TJvID3PlayCounterFrame frame.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
AController: TJvID3Controller	Specifies the tag controller that holds an ID3 v2 tag where in to search.

Return Value

Returns a TJvID3PlayCounterFrame frame, that was found in the ID3 tag, or - when no such frame was found - a newly created frame.

Description

Call FindOrCreate to search in an ID3 tag for a play counter frame. If there is no such frame then one is created. The tag controller specified by AController must be active - Do this by setting Active to true or calling Open.
