Summary

Returns a TJvID3NumberFrame frame with a specific frame identifier.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
AController: TJvID3Controller	Specifies the tag controller that holds an ID3 v2 tag where in to search.
const AFrameID: TJvID3FrameID	The frame identifier to search for.

Return Value

Returns a TJvID3NumberFrame frame with the specified owner identifier, that was found in the ID3 tag, or - when no such frame was found - a newly created frame.

Description

Call FindOrCreate to search in an ID3 tag for a numerical text information frame with a specific frame identifier. If there is no such frame then one is created. The tag controller specified by AController must be active - Do this by setting Active to true or calling Open.
