 classfunctionFindOrCreate(AController: TJvID3Controller; constAFrameID: TJvID3FrameID): TJvID3ContentFrame;

Description

Call FindOrCreate to search in an ID3 tag for a content frame with a specific frame identifier. If the e is no such frame then one is created. The tag controller specified by AController must be active

• Do this by setting Active to true or calling Open.
