Returns whether the BottomDock property of a docking component can be set.

Parameters
Parameters | Description |
ADockBaseControl: TJvDockBaseControl | The docking component whose BottomDock property will be changed. |
Return Value
True if the BottomDock property of ADockBaseControl can be changed, false otherwise.
Description
The dock components use CanSetBottomDocked to determine whether a BottomDock properties can be altered.
The docking style associated with a dock component (TJvDockClient or TJvDockServer) determines whether the BottomDock property of that dock component can be changed.
