Specifies the physical height of the page.

Description

Read PhysicalHeight to determine the height of the page in device units.
When a new ReferenceHandle is set, TJvDeviceInfo calls PhysicalHeight := GetDeviceCaps( ReferenceHandle, PHYSICALHEIGHT) to retrieve this value.
