Summary

Specifies the number of device units between the top edge of the printable area and the top edge of the page.

Description

Read OffsetTop to determine the size of the non-printable area at the top of the device context.
When a new ReferenceHandle is set, TJvDeviceInfo calls GetDeviceCaps(ReferenceHandle, PHYSICALOFFSETY) to retrieve this value.
