Summary

Indicates if scrollbars are hidden when not used.

 propertyHideScrollBars: Boolean;

Description

Use HideScrollBars to indicate whether scrollbars are hidden or disabled when not needed. If HideScrollBars is true, the scroll bars are hidden when they are not used. If HideScrollBars is false, the scrollbars are just disabled. Disabling scroll bars causes less flicker when the state of the scroll bars changes often.
