Specifies how the floating-point value is rounded.

propertyDecimalPlaceRound: Boolean;
Description
The control rounds the internal stored value after the number of digits beyond the decimal point as specified by DecimalPlaces.
Set DecimalPlaceRound to true to round to the nearest. If two are equally near then rounding is done away from zero. Set DecimalPlaceRound to false to use the default Round-like rounding:
If DecimalPlaces equals 2, then:
