Parameters
Parameters | Description |
Sender: TObject | Reference to the edit control. |
Button: TMouseButton | The mouse button that is held down. |
Shift: TShiftState | Indicates the shift state at the time the button was pressed. |
X: Integer | X-position of the mouse in the client area of the sender. |
Y: Integer | Y-position of the mouse in the client area of the sender. |
Description
EditMouseDown is the OnMouseDown handler for the edit control. The base implementation handles double clicks to select the next value from the value list. Descendants can override this method to provide additional functionality.
