Determines whether invalid cells are drawn in another style.

Description
Use HighlightInvalid to define whether invalid cells are drawn using a background pattern in the cell. Invalid characters can be of three types:
- Characters outside the currently selected range
- Characters without character info as returned by GetStringTypeEx
- Characters that have been marked as invalid by an event handler for the OnValidateChar event
