run\JvJCLUtils.pas

Description

Returns the 8.3 filename of the specified filename/folder.

ATTENTION: On Win7 (or later) machines where NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation is set the system doesn't provide 8.3 filenames for newly created files & folders. So you can't rely on that function anymore.
