Tests whether the codepoint is a number represented by a letter.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
C: UCS4	The unicode codepoint (character) to test.

Return Value

If the specified codepoint is a letter character representing a number the function returns True, otherwise the function returns False.

Description

UnicodeIsLetterNumber tests whether the specified unicode codepoint is a number by a letter.
