Tests whether the codepoint is a Hangul syllable.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
C: UCS4	The unicode codepoint (character) to test.

Return Value

If the specified codepoint is a Hangul syllable the function returns True, otherwise the function returns False.

Description

UnicodeIsHangul tests whether the specified unicode codepoint is a pre-composed Hangul syllable.
