Interface to the monthly schedule.

Description

IJclMonthlySchedule is the interface to the monthly schedule. With the monthly schedule you can specify the day and number of months to skip between events.
The setting of the day allows you to select the nth/last weekday, weekendday, day of the week or day of the month.
This interface is supported for schedule with IJclSchedule.RecurringType set to srkMonthly.
