Summary

Returns the name of the file system directory that contains the programs and folders that appear on the Start menu for all users.

Return Value

A string containing the local path to the system's Start menu folder.


Description

GetCommonStartmenuFolder returns the name of the file system directory that contains the programs and folders that appear on the Start menu for all users. On a standard Windows NT 4.0 installation, this directory is equivalent to "C:WINNTProfilesAll UsersStart Menu".
