Summary

Determines if a time stamp is a null stamp.

Pascal

 function IsNullTimeStamp(const Stamp: TTimeStamp): Boolean;

Description

IsNullTimeStamp determines if the given time stamp is the "null" time stamp.
IsNullTimeStamp is the same as calling EqualTimeStamps(Stamp, NullStamp).
