Determines if two timestamps are equal.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
const Stamp1: TTimeStamp	First time stamp to compare.
const Stamp2: TTimeStamp	Second time stamp to compare.

Description

EqualTimeStamps determines if the two specified time stamps are equal.
