Description

Property OrigYear represents the value of the 'Original release year' frame. It is intended for the year when the original recording, if for example the music in the file should be a cover of a previously released song, was released.
This frames is always four characters long.

Frame name:	TORY
Frame ID:	fiOrigYear
Versions:	2.2, 2.3, replaced by OrigReleaseTime in 2.4
Implemented by:	TJvID3NumberFrame
