Summary

Returns a pointer to the tag editor.

 propertyDesigner: TJvID3ControllerDesigner;

Description

Use Designer to determine whether the tag is currently being edited and, if so, to access the Frames editor. When the Frames editor, is created for a tag controller at design time, it sets the Designer property to itself. When the Frames editor is destroyed, the Designer property is set back to nil. A Frames editor enables a developer to alter the frames of a tag at design time.
