Description

Use Create to create and initialize a new TJvCPSStartupInfo object.
Create calls the inherited Create method, then sets the initial values for the object as follows:

• DefaultSize is set to True.
• DefaultPosition is set to True.
• DefaultWindowState is set to True.
• ShowWindow is set to swNormal.
