Extracts the month from a DateTime.

 function MonthOfDate(const DateTime: TDateTime): Integer;

Parameters

Parameters	Description
const DateTime: TDateTime	The DateTime from which to extract the month.

Return Value

The month of the specified DateTime.

Description

Extracts the month from a DateTime. For example: if D is assumed to be StrToDateTime('2/17/2000 12:37:21 PM'); then MonthOfDate(D) returns 2.
