Interface to the yearly schedule.

Description

IJclYearlySchedule is the interface to the yearly schedule. With the yearly schedule you can specify the day, month and number of years to skip between events.
The setting of the day allows you to select the nth weekday, weekendday, day of the week or day of the month from either the start or the end of the month.
This interface is supported for schedule with IJclSchedule.RecurringType set to srkYearly.
